Colossi of Memnon

The majestic twin statues of Colossi of Memnon which were created by king Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC) were built in 1350 BC from rocks taken from Cairo. The colossi have an epic height of 18 m (60 ft) plus a number of carvings and images found across the statues showcasing much information about his achievements and legacy.

Edfu temple

The heavenly Temple of Edfu is one of the biggest and most preserved temples in Egypt which was created between 237 BC and 57 BC on the grand battleground of the mythical fight between the sky falcon of divine protection god Horus and the god of the chaos Set. The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa
