El-Sawy Culturewheel is a magnificent cultural center that is located on Gezira Island in the district of Zamalek in Cairo and it was actually named after its founder "Mohammed Abdel-Moniem El-Sawy". It is considered one of the most impressive cultural venues in Egypt and more than 20,000 visitors come monthly to visit it and to spend some time touring there.

While being in El-Sawy Culturewheel, you can enjoy lots of different activities & dozens of cultural events. It chooses the main theme for it every year to address the main social problems of society just as begging and homelessness. There are lots of amazing concerts and musical events in El-Sawy Culturewheel that are held in that spot including Jazz, children's performances and chorus, and musical theatre, and there you will find lots of Egyptian & Arab bands, entertainers, and singers.

El-Sawy Culturewheel hosts tens of seminars and conferences and among the most famous celebrations, it hosts the annual theatre festival, the Sakkia Conference, and El-Sawy Culturewheelfestival.
There are also some interesting libraries in this cultural center just as the library of Children and the great music library. You will be amazed by the art courses that are available in that center including violin, piano, painting, and sculpture for both youth & children. The ones who are responsible for the performances that are held on that site cooperate with the most recommended organizations & artists to arrange the most unforgettable cultural shows & performances to reflect the greatness of Egyptian culture and civilization.
The main goal of El-Sawy Culturewheel is to value all human beings without giving anyone any specific classification and everyone there is treated equally there without considering his /her social position, and this is without a doubt a really interesting experience for the majority of locals and foreigners.
