The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Giza is a timeless golden marvel that has withstood the test of centuries and was created around 2570 to become the final resting place of Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC). It stands approximately 147 meters (481 feet) tall and was originally covered in smooth limestone casing stones which weighed a total of 6 million tons and faces the four cardinal points of the compass. The Great Pyramid is a remarkable architectural achievement and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World which is proven by the miraculous interior of the king’s chamber, the grand hall, the queen’s chamber, and more.

The Great Sphinx

The Golden Sphinx is a celestial guardian of secrets that has amazing measurements of a width of 19 meters (62 ft), a length of 73 meters (240 ft), and a height of 20 meters (66 ft) which carries the face of Pharaoh Khafre (2558 BC - 2532 BC) on the colossal body of a prehistoric lion that narrates a number of tales filled with bliss and greatness.

The Valley Temple

After lunch, you will get your flight to Luxor City. You will head back to your hotel to spend the overnight.

Karnak Temple

The mythical house of worship Karnak Temples Complex was established between 1970 and 30 BC to glorify the 18th dynasty Theban triad which is made of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Across the 100 hectares (274 acres) are some of the most amazing archaeological wonders such as The Great Hypostyle Hall which measures 54,000 square feet (5,000 square meters) and contains 134 massive columns, some of which reach a height of 80 feet (24 meters). Across every part of the complex are intricate reliefs, hieroglyphics, and massive structures that offer insight into the religious beliefs, and mythical, and cultural practices of the time.

Luxor Temple by Night

The miraculous spectacle of Luxor Temple will illuminate the night sky which cast a spellbinding glow upon its sacred grounds where the crowning of kings and many festivals took place. Amenhotep III, Tutankhamun, Ramesses II, and Alexander the Great are considered to be the main creators of the temple which was fully completed around 1400 BC. The main purpose of the temples was to host the Opet festival and stand as a marvelous example of the rejuvenation of kingship which was celebrated across the magnificent avenue of the sphinxes.

Valley of the Kings

The Golden Valley of the Kings where the echos of the pharaohs of the gold can be found buried in the depth of the Theban necropolis which can be accessed through a magical gateway in the heart of a hidden hill. it is home to 63 royal tombs of great pharaohs and high-ranking nobles of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom period (1550 - 1070 BC) which are all adorned with vivid frescoes, carvings, and scenes that showcase a lot of facts and tales.

Hatshepsut Temple

The majestic Hatshepsut Temple is an architectural masterpiece rising from the desert across the face of gigantic rocky cliffs that showcases the birth, rise, and coronation of Queen Hatshepsut (1507–1458 BC) the priestess wife of Amun. The temple has three floors that feature a series of terraces, colonnades, and sanctuaries, with beautiful reliefs depicting the life and achievements of Hatshepsut. The temple's design reflects a harmonious blend of natural and man-made elements, making it a unique architectural masterpiece.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two golden massive statues that once guarded the entrance to Amenhotep III's mortuary temple that disappeared from existence. They have the face of the pharaoh (1386 - 1349 BC) that were made in 1350 BC plus each statue is approximately 60 feet (18 meters) tall and depicts the pharaoh seated on his throne. The statues are notable for their size and the stories and legends associated with them, including the phenomenon of producing musical sounds at dawn, which was believed to be the voice of Memnon greeting his mother, Eos, the goddess of dawn.

Overnight

You will fly back to Cairo from Luxor, then from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh where you will spend the overnight.

The Egyptian Museum is a marvelous wonder that was built in 1901 in the heart of Cairo where everyone will shed light on the treasures of the pharaohs coming to life to shed light on the exquisite craftsmanship of a bygone era.

The Hanging Church

The Heavenly Saint Virgin Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church "The Hanging Church" is a golden sanctuary filled with many Coptic treasures. It is one of the oldest churches in Egypt, dating back to the 3rd century AD. Its name comes from its location above a gatehouse of the Roman fortress of Babylon where the holy family was taken as a shelter. The church is renowned for its unique Coptic architectural style, beautiful icons, intricate woodwork, and peaceful ambiance.

Al Muizz Street

Al Muizz Street is a vibrant golden street in Cairo's Islamic Cairo district which was created around 970 BC. It stretches for about one kilometer from south to north between Bab al-Futuh and Bab Zuweila and is lined with medieval Islamic architectural treasures. It is filled with stunning mosques, madrasas (Islamic schools), mausoleums, and historical structures like the Sultan Qalawun Complex and the Al-Hakim Mosque.

Khan El Khalili Bazaar

The miraculous Khan El-Khalili is one of the most ancient, epic, and famous traditional bazaars in the Middle East that acts as an epic labyrinth of enchantment, where scents of spices and vibrant colors awaken your senses. This bustling market was established between 1382 and 1389 AD that offered a vibrant and authentic Cairo shopping experience. It features narrow alleys lined with shops selling traditional handicrafts, spices, jewelry,  antiques, textiles, and souvenirs.
