Karnak Temple

The mythical Karnak temples complex is a heavenly wonder which is renowned as one of the finest and biggest open-air museums in the world. Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two golden colossal statues that have the face of Amenhotep III (1386 - 1349 BC) that were completed in 1350 BC that stood guard over the Theban necropolis for over 3,400 years. These massive quartz stone statues, each reaching a height of approximately 60 feet (18 meters), depict the seated pharaoh and were part of a larger mortuary complex that faded completely from the fabric of time. The vocal phenomenon of the colossi was completely renowned during the Hellenistic period.

Edfu Temple

Kom Ombo Temple

The one-of-a-kind Kom Ombo temple has a double temple design, entirely dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile deity of the Nile River, and Horus the Elder. The double temples were constructed during the Ptolemaic era between 180 BC and 47 BC to have a symmetrical layout the temple features two separate sections, each with its own entrance, halls, and sanctuaries. On the northern and southern sides of the temple are a number of reliefs and carvings depicting medical instruments, surgical procedures, and the significance of Sobek and Horus in healing plus many astronomical facts from that time period.

Abu Simbel Temples

The golden Abu Simbel temples are heavenly creations of timeless grandeur that were originally carved into the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II (1279–1213 BC) around 1264 BC for a number of reasons. The main Temple of Abu Simbel was built to showcase the pharaoh's power and proclaim his divine status to eternity and is dedicated to Ozymandias who won the battle of Kadesh around 1274 BC that ended in the signing of the first documented peace treaty in history. The smaller temple honors his beloved beautiful wife Queen Nefertari.
